It is Monterey 12.4. It is difficult to determine when certain mail was not appearing. It's hard to notice missing things unless they are expected, but the first time we became sure of it was a little over a week ago and not after installing anything. I just installed Monterey 12.4 yesterday after working with a nice person (Carl) over chat with Apple last night. For quite some time. Problem did not go away after update. And I have restarted over and over again even with Carl "holding my hand" over texting. The only solution was to drop my @mac from the email feature altogether and use @iCloud. A work-around. If anyone outside my account sends a BCC to the @Mac, I get it. But BCC from any of my staff on my account -- NOPE. So after nine hours of struggling with it, I can only hope the problem will not kick in with the @iCloud. Thanks Missy5937. I appreciate it.

Hello Mama Kanu,

We understand that you're running into issues with the "Bcc" feature in the Mail app on your Mac. To help sort this out, we'd like to ask a few questions to help determine the best solution.

  • What's the macOS version installed on your iMac? You can locate this information by clicking the Apple Menu () in the top left corner and selecting About this Mac.
  • Do you recall when this issue first appeared? Was it after installing new applications or software?
  • Have you tried disabling the feature and re-enabling it after a restart?

Shut down or restart your Mac

Best regards.
