two step authentication

im trying to update a app on my phone and it asks for password, once i put down the password it asks for two factor authentication. the number it shows is my old phone number which it has been removed from trusted phone numbers. it does not give another number option only ''SEND NEW CODE" "SEND CODE TO" my old number. "CANCEL" im lost any idea what can i do
