Recovery of lost Data.

I backed up my iphone 12 pro as i was going to sell it.

once the backup was done.

I didn’t check again but factory reset my phone and handed over to the buyer.

after getting a new phone (iphone 13 pro)

i logged into my apple account. But to my surprise most of my Data did not appear in my photos and contacts!

i went into the settings and it says

”backup incomplete” for iphone 12

is there a way i can recover that lost data?
