wifi status - off I am not able to connect to Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi network Status: is "Off" and when I click on "Turn Wi-Fi On" it does not respond.

Lets do this, please provide an EtreCheck report of your system so we can look for any obvious issues. You can use your Ethernet connection to downlead the app.

Has this iMac been opened up for service or an upgrade?
If so, then perhaps something was left disconnecting or was damaged.
In addition to running EtreCheck as suggested by rkaufmann87, you might also want to run the Apple Diagnostics Test.

Okay, please reset your modem (do that first) then reset the router and then try connecting the iMac.
Yes, I got the other devices connect however please do this and it should connect.
Also, by chance do you have any of the following installed on the iMac?
Yes, reset modem, router and turn on iMac.
The Wi-Fi is gray out with a slash bar, and I have to Turn on Wi-Fi. Still same issue.
All Apple Devices connected and no issue.
except IMac Wi-Fi NO connection.
Last time I brought in apple store for check and repair, they found nothing wrong.
No upgrade.
After 2 weeks the issue came back again, Wi-Fi is OFF when turning on, need to turn on manually.
Cannot access ApplecDiagnostic too.
Gray out Wi-Fi with a back slash bar

nothing happens globe just keep turning around
Just an update, it was a hardware issue with my wifi card no longer functioning. I reached out to Apple Support we did the same test you guys suggested and the conclusion was the wifi was busted.
Apple Tech Support suggests bringing IMAC 2015 late model to a local Apple Store and have the Wifi card replaced.
Total cost $515.33 parts/labor/taxes included.
It took 5 business days for turn around and now its working smoothly.

I have tried those step and my diagnostic tools even not showing up.
My MacBook Pro M1 and Pro, iPads and iPhone connects with router.
No third party anti-virus, cleaning, vpn app.
I will keep u update once I set up to Ethernet connection and download Etrecheck app.
