iMac 21.5 screen

Bought 21.5 screen from Costco model A1418

Lock icon on screen, frozen. I think I need a firmware password or need help to unlock

If this is the way you bought it, take it back. Costco owes you a properly working machine and this is not working properly.

It should startup to the initial setup screen.

Thanks for your help, I got started in setup, I hit a wrong icon then it locked up. I did something wrong

Return it. It sounds like it's a used machine that the original owner has locked using find my.

It's unusable to you. Or anyone else for that matter.
