my ipad wont turn on My ipad has been dead for a while and when I plugged it in to charge it will not charge or turn on. I can not use tunes to restore it. I have tried a hard reset nothing works. iPad will not turn on I have tried charging with different cords and chargers, all it does it the apple icon pops up for a second then goes away. It keeps doing this but will not charge or start. Any ideas? Don

iPad 4th gen won't turn on. I have an iPad 4th gen. Whenever, I try turning it on, it shows me battery low icon. I also tried connecting it to iTunes, but it still gets stuck. i tried charging it. It boots up and displays "CONNECT TO iTUNES SCREEN"and when i try to remove it to plug it in to my PC it turns off. It also does not respond if it isn't connected to charger. It has never been Jailbroken. Please tell me what i can do.....
