iCloud Account

Hello,


I have been having a problem with my iCloud account where it keeps saying that my account is not verified. Which leaves me unable to log in or log out of my account and sync my iCloud account to all devices. I spoke to a representative last time about this situation and they suggested that I make a new iCloud account. After doing so, in order to log into my new account, it asks me to log out of my old account, but I can't do that because it is not verified. What can I do in this situation?
