Add Voice memo to a playlist

I am able to create and share playlists with others who have subscribed to Apple Music, but when I try to add voice memos and voice files recorded by other devices (with the recording being mp3), I can see and listen to the file on my playlist, but when shared, it doesn’t show up on the shared playlist, just the songs.

Has anyone else tried to add voice files to shared apple playlists?
