Uploading iMovie

I have a 16 minute iMovie on my MacBook Pro. How do you upload it to someone else. I tried to put it in an email and send it but it was too large to even make it to the email.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Adding to my previous post:

There is also the old fashioned way of transferring the movie to a Thumb Drive and snail mailing the Thumb Drive to your intended reciptient.

If your Mac and the receiving device are closer than 30ft apart, you can use AirDrop to transfer the movie. No size limitation that I am aware of.

If you have an iCloud email account you can email a file up to 5 GB in size.

You can also upload the file to You Tube and, with the non-public option, can email a link to the movie. There are other websites where this or something similar can be done.

It might be possible to set up Family Sharing (see Finder Help instructions).

You could also look into a Google Drive account:

As a workaround, you might be able to split your movie into segments small enough to be sent by email, and then the segments separately.
