With new Mac Studio M1 Ultra, mail not loading new incoming mail consistently when opening Mail yet I can send mail. How can I fix this issue?

Mail issues loading content in macOS Monterey

Open mail app select Mail>Preferences>Privacy disable all these new features and compare your results:

• “Protect Mail Activity” /

• “Hide IP address” /

• “Block all remote content”
