Boomerang App/Apple Mail - has there been any updates to this?

Hello - I love the Boomerang App for work, however, my company uses Gmail for the email app - and I cannot stand it. It is not a good system to use for work in my OCD'ish opinion LOL

Ya know what one is? Apple Mail. LOVE IT. I used it for 17yrs prior to coming to my new job. Gmail makes me want to have a seizure (no disrespect to anyone who suffers from the horrible issue of seizures) because of how gaudy, inefficient and ugly it is. There are no setting things to the way you want them - excuse me - no setting things to the way you want them that is actually useful and time-saving.

I digress - I can rant about that for hours.

Can anyone advise if there is a now a way to use Boomerang in Apple Email, or in the actual app itself and not have to go to the Chrome/Safari browser if you want to? Even a great substitute app that does the main awesome things that Boomerang does - I'd pay for it out of my money if needed (work does pay for the Boomerang app).

The last post I read was 6yrs ago, so I was hoping that people who are much better versed in these types of things could help prevent me from throwing my computer against the wall if I have to keep using Gmail (that is after I talk my bosses into letting employees use whatever email app they have a preference for).
