external speakers for imac
Looking to add higher power external speakers to my 24'' imac (2021) model. Anyone have suggestions?

There are many good choices for external speakers. Mostly depends on your budget.
The Boston Acoustics BA635 are very nice and you can find good used ones on eBay for $30-$50. It's a 3-piece unit - 2 desktop speakers and a subwoofer that you can put under your desk, plus a power brick. It's a powered speaker that connects to the headphone out in your iMac. I repurposed them from my kids' Gateway computers from the 1990's and they are still going strong.
Bose Companion 2 are also excellent, although they run about $150/pair new.
