I tried to download an app from Apple Store for Arrivecan, I received an error message that my IMac is not compatible macOS must be 11.0 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 Chip. My OS is 12.3.1 monterey. what do I need to do to get this app.

Or the newest MacBook Pro laptops.
Anything older is built on the Intel cpu.
There is no other way around it with your current Mac computer.

I agree with the information above. You might also revisit the Arrivecan web site directly and look to see if an earlier version of the app is available that is compatible with your current operating system and computer.
