Hi there I’ve attached two photos, the black line is used to score out my name. I’ve had cyber security issues with iPhone and mac which apple is still investigating. Does anyone know why that eclipse icon had appeared, today it’s now went back to the first photo and the avatar icon is away, I am the only person who signs in and out of my Mac and phone that I’m aware of. Thank you

Try a safeboot to clear cache files—SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support
make changes to >System Preferences>Users & Groups and test; then come back to you preferred settings and test.
your eclipse icon in the menubar sounds like the Focus/ Do not Disturb got toggled on...
Turn a Focus on or off on Mac - Apple Support
