192.168.0.1 I cannot access it on my Mac while trying to configure my new ZTE Turbonet Router. I have tried all sorts of approaches. I am at my wits ends right now ...sigh...

Have you released and renewed the DHCP lease within macOS so that it grabs the new IP addresses from the new router which may be different than what your old router provided? Rebooting the Mac should work just as well to grab the new network settings from the new router.
