Maybe that is the wrong IP Address for your router. Maybe 192.168.1.1

Have you released and renewed the DHCP lease within macOS so that it grabs the new IP addresses from the new router which may be different than what your old router provided? Rebooting the Mac should work just as well to grab the new network settings from the new router.
