When setting up Outlook to sync Contact and Calendars, I get the message that Outlook has been setup, but when I go to Outlook there is no calendar in iClound and no People folder in iCloud. Is iCloud looking for the outlook.pst file in some specific folder? I moved it around and it is shown in the data folders under account settings. The Outlook add-in for iCloud has been installed and is active.

I have been through all of the above items. Pic 1 says Outlook has been set up. Pic 2 shows that there is no Calendar - iCloud
