Hello, I have an old iPhone from my company that I am trying to restore back to normal. I had the IT department remove the phone from MobileIron, but I am still getting the "Remote Management" setup screen after a restore. Does it take time for the device enrollment program to update for Apple? Or does my company need to do something else?
It takes time, but not weeks. 24 hours typically. When you say “restore” are you restoring a backup? If so that is the problem; it is restoring the management profile. You have to set it up as a new phone.

Thanks, I was having trouble with it because the self-help process failed on our company site. I talked to them about it and they just removed it from MobileIron a couple of hours ago so I'll give it time.
I had two backups... one from my personal phone and one from my work phone. I will be trying to load the personal backup onto the old work phone, so it shouldn't have the management profile. Or do you think that will still cause issues?
If you didn’t have a work email account on your personal phone then it shouldn’t be a problem. If you did, delete the work email account, delete the management profile, restart the phone and make a new backup without the email account or the profile.
Just wanted to follow up that it's been 24 hours and I'm still getting the "Remote Management" screen during setup. I've even been trying to setup without loading any backup profiles, but still getting the message. Is there something the company has to do besides dis-enroll from MobileIron?
The problem is that MobileIron is not an Apple product, so I don’t know how it is implemented or how it works. You probably need to restore iOS using your computer to completely overwrite the contents of the phone. You might try contacting MobileIron and asking them.
