Please do call Apple and have your receipt ready. Purchases at third party sellers may not be recorded automatically and you may need to fax receipt to Apple.

IMac purchased on 05/18/2022, purchased new @ Coast Guard Exchange Store. AppleCare plan purchased on the same transaction on 05/18. 24" 8 Gb Ram, 256 Gb SSD, latest model (2021). Thanks for the reply.
