SMS to Android

Good morning, I can`t send SMS to Android. This function suddenly stopped working. My husband`s the same problem. Because of this I can`t use different payment services, like parking through SMS and others. I have an Iphone 12 pro. Tried all what I could find on different advisers on net. Can you make some advice or recommend whom to address from Apple?

you would need to contact your cellphone provider and let them know text message isn't working. If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
