My phone is constantly asking me to enter the password from my previous old (deleted) Apple ID account that doesn't exist anymore. How to prevent it from doing that? These notifications are pretty annoying.

Check your purchases history for your current ID. If an app isn't in your current purchases history, delete it.

Delete the app that is associated with that apple id.
