I have a 6th Gen iPad and MBP 14in M1. Cannot get UC working. Have tried all of the troubleshooting steps but it does not show up. Sidecar works fine. Any suggestions?
Same iCloud account with 2fa
Wifi and bluetooth enabled
Both on latest OS versions
My MBP is a corporate device but have spoken to others in my company and UC works fine on their managed devices.
MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 12.4
Apple support could not identify the fix but the iOS 15.5 update that came out today has fixed the issue.
If you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in the support article that led you here, AND if your devices are meeting the requirements requested in the sections "Universal Control system requirements" and/or "Additional requirements", I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Get Support
