Final Cut Pro X for High Sierra OS

Hi there!

Can anyone tell me how can I get a 90 days trial version of Final Cut Pro X for my 10.13.6 High Sierra OS? I would like to test if it is worth the money but my mac is pretty old so an actual app that I originally downloaded from apple.com cannot open on my computer as it says it needs a system that is 11.5 or newer...

Please help!

You can't directly purchase an old version.

What you can do is use a friend's mac running Big Sur or Monterey to purchase Final Cut Pro using YOUR Apple id.

Once you have purchased, you can login to the App Store in your High Sierra mac, click Purchased, and then click to Download. You will be warned that the current version is not compatible, and offered to get the most recent compatible one.
