iPhone 13 displays washed out grey colors from black

when I go outside, in the bright light the colors of the iphone's display change from a black to a light gray. It has been happening since I bought the phone, that is, 5 months ago, and the only way to "restore" them is to turn the phone off and then back on . It's super annoying and annoying to the eye, at least for me. The software is updated in time and I don't know what else to do. (from black it turns to gray everywhere, and snapchat, whatsapp, instagram etc). Color Filters is off, the auto brightness is off, the reduce white point is off, even the true tone is off. All the apps are updated and i don't know what to do. You can see here, before and after i turn the phone off and then back on.

Welcome Meowlove,

It sounds as though the brightness changes for menus on your iPhone. We'll do our best to assist.

First of all, great steps checking the color filters, automatic brightness, etc.

You never mentioned the iOS version you're using. Are there any updates available? If so, we'd recommend backing up and getting that installed: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch wirelessly

1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see two software update options available, choose the one that you want to install.
The Settings app on iPhone showing options to update to iOS 14.8 or iOS 15.

5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

You might see that your device is up to date and that there's an upgrade available. For example, even if your device is up to date with the latest version of iOS 14, there might be an option to upgrade to iOS 15. You might want to upgrade iOS when you pair an accessory with iPhone.

If that doesn't solve it, do you happen to have any Accessibility features enabled on your iPhone 13? If so, which features? See those listed here:Get started with accessibility features on iPhone - Apple Support

Did you happen to restore this device from a backup or set it up as new, when you originally purchased it?

Hoping this helps out, take care.

I have the same issue, did you find the solution?

It’s very annoying that a phone with this price makes this things with the screen even in the 12 device since 2 years ago.

I’ve visited the Apple Store twice and no one knows everything about the problem, which is very weird, I think they are just looking the other way because dont know what the issue comes from.
