Washed out colors on lowest brightness

The colors on my 13 mini looks washed out or faded, the blacks look more like dark grey (kinda looks like the matte color preset from Lightroom mobile). I’ve had the phone for about a month and this happens throughout the phone not only on some apps. It seems to be an issue on lowest brightness, but I also notice it when the phone is powering back on when it’s showing the white Apple logo. I’ve checked the color filters, accessibility settings, turned off True Tone, turned off night shift, restarted my phone, checked whitepoint, erase everything and set it up as new and none of it helped.
