Ipad 6th gen battery replacement by Apple

My Ipad 6 gen battery was dead, In May 2022, I called Apple, they proposed to change my battery for a new one for 120€. UPS sent my Ipad to Holland for 120€ (fee for a new battery), I received an OTHER Ipad with a so-called new battery the next day but the battery is NOT new, it gets empty very quickly (4 hours) and take 4 hours to recharge + heating a lot.

I paid for a new battery, and I am struggling with this poor battery. They replaced my ipad by something of second hand or old.

What do you advise me to do, please
