This is *not* an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)
Though why you would need an MSDS for a device, as opposed to a raw material, I have no idea.
I didn't actually read the information, that's for the OP to do. I agree that at first sight there doesn't seem to be a need for an MSDS for hardware however I think it is likely the batteries which are the parts which are governed by international regulations.
