Series 7 Watch Compass Elevation Inaccurate

When opening the compass app on the watch the elevation data is way off. My job has me 74ft in the air operating a crane. When I check the elevation against this it showed me as -6ft and 6 ft from sea level. At home it shows me 50ft up when I’m only 14ft up. What the heck Apple. Is there any way to recalibrate the elevation data or is there a software update to address this issue coming?

Apple Watch Compass Accuracy Issues Does anyone have a problem with the accuracy of the compass on their Apple Watch? My series 6 compass is off by about 95 degrees. The compass calibration option is on. I have tried all troubleshooting steps on the Apple site. Seems like a harware issue. If you've had a similar problem, please share your experience. Thank you!

Watch series 6 compass shows latitude and longitude but not elevation Elevation not showing on my watch s6 gps (nike), privacy settings set correctly, compass app reinstalled, disabled use true north setting and re-enabled but nothing Longitude and latitude and compass working as expected, elevation works on iPhone. Can you help me? Many thanks
