How did Apple decide that my business was permanently closed? We've never closed . . . I'm sure we've lost business because of this!!!! No one ever asked us.
Also, how do I edit the information about our business? The categories are not correct as to what services we provide.

I've claimed the business but the status (open/closed) is still in review.
Will I be able to edit the hours of operation and the services description once they determine we are actually open? We never closed, we even remained open during COVID.
