Partial microphone not working on Airpods2

Good afternoon. I apologize for my English, I am Kazakh from Kazakhstan. The microphone in Airpods 2 does not work when making calls, and voice messages of WhatsApp, Telegram applications. But in the Instagram app and in the PUBG Mobile game, the microphone works fine. Why does the microphone not work in some applications and when making calls?
