Photos : “Please unlock iPhone” message even though iPhone is already unlocked

Has anyone found a solution to this as i just cant import any iPhone as the photo app on my mac running Catalina is saying unlock my hone even though its unlocked

Unlock iphone message comes up when I am trying to transfer photos to my Mac Hi, I'm using iphone Xs Max and experiencing "unlocking" issue in transferring my photos to photo app on my Mac: Whenever I connected my iphone to my MacMini(Catalina), the Photo app begins, showing "preparing~~ to import photos~~" and then showing another message "Please unlock iphone ~~". I unlocked my iphone, but the message keeps showing and I was never be able to transfer any photos on my iphone yet. I tried, shut off/on my computer, iphone again and again, but it doesn't really help anything. Do you guys experience same thing? And how did you resolve this? I'm really annoyed..
