How to toggle between emails in Outlook for Mac using a Swiss French Keyboard on MacBook Pro...

Dear All

Just bought a new MacBook Pro with Monterey operating system (12.3.1) and Swiss French QWERTZ Keyboard.

Does anyone know a shortcut to toggle between open emails in Outlook (without having to dislocate my digits playing Finger Twister)?

Same question for open documents in Word?

Also the new skin for Outlook is hugely oversimplified. Would like to understand how I can create the same layout as the Windows version of Outlook. Is there is a quick fix for this issue?
