Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I have my phone set to automatically update the time zone. But the current zone won't set. Next to Time Zone in settings it just keeps spinning. I have location services on and set automatically on. Wifi is connected and working. Phone broken? Or some other setting I'm missing?

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Thanks, but that's not the problem. Software is up to date. This is happening in my house, right by my wifi router. And wifi connection is fine, mail, safari etc all working.
