Also fit with all the Requirements including additional requirement but still I cannot use the universal control for my "MacbookPro M1 Max" and "IpadPro".
I only be able to mirror or use apple sidecar instead, there are no option for link a keyboard & mouse on "Display Preference"

Did the latest and greatest updates this afternoon May 28,2022 . Monterey 12.4 and iPad 15.5 and all is well. All devices available for Universal Control.

Have the same problem with iMac (24-inch, M1, 2021). No option to link keyboard and mouse. I have a 2019 Intel MacBook Pro, iPad Pro and iPad Air and Universal Control works across those three so I know setup is right.
Cannot use Universal Control (Only have Sidecar instead)
