Notifications on my iPhone is necessary when wearing my Apple Watch
How can I make only my iPhone notify me of all alerts, even when wearing the Apple Watch (locked or unlocked)?

The only way I can think of would be to turn off Wrist Detection so that your Watch would keep locking. Your phone will only get notifications if the watch is locked.
