Apple ID Device Information Report shows two emtries of the same device

My Apple/iCloud services are little bit messed up. It's complicated, hard to explain but in short everything works 95% of time. I believe I might have a normal understanding of Apple ecosystem and tech in general. However, even after a couple of month neither I or Apple senior advisers were able to explain this phenomenon.

I requested my data from Apple to dive deeply into it. There are a couple of interesting entries in dozens of csv files, but one of them seems the most interesting:

In Apple ID Device Information file I do see all of my apple devices. However there are two entries of my iPhone with the same info: IMEI, Serial Number, Device ICCID... The only difference is Device Last Heartbeat IP and Device Added Date. The one with the wrong name (just iPhone) was apparently added one day before the device that has my name.

Can anyone explain what might be wrong?
