When I go to HBO max and click to see a movie it only shows the little image by bringing the cursor to the time line but it doesn't show the full image.

We have HBO Max and it works beautifully on our Macs; we're on macOS 12.4 Monterey.
Is there a reason your OS is so far behind? Age of the Mac maybe?
My Mac is from 2011.
could that be the reason it’s not working?
