IPhone 13 Pro silicone case

I recently purchased a PRO Silicone Case in Blue Fog for my new phone. I am getting complaints about voice cutting out when using speakerphone on calls, FaceTime and Zoom calls. If I remove the case voice quality is good with no cutting out. Is there an issue? I noticed with the cover on the two microphones on either side of the charging port are covered by the case.

Need a protective case for my iPhone SE that wont interfere with microphone operations I bought my iPhone SE in November 2021 and was told by Apple store people that I could use my old Otterbox that I had used on my iPhone 6. The Otterbox fit the new phone well but I had recurring problems with microphone use. When I tried to make a voice memo, the microphone failed to pick up any voice audio and often there were real problems with people hearing me during phone calls. I recently removed the old Otterbox and found that the microphone would work perfectly without the case. I decided to shop for a new case, but reviews of most of the ones on Amazon also mention the same problem about the microphone working properly. Do any of you know which case I should buy to solve this problem? Any help here will be very much appreciated.

Otterbox Defender causing choppy voice conversations on iPhone 11 Pro I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro two years ago and bought an Otterbox Defender case for it. My phone worked great unless I was talking to my daughter, who always had children and dogs in the background. She simply could not hear me speak most of the time, but I heard her clearly. After much troubleshooting and testing I discovered that the Otterbox case was blocking my side of the conversation. I removed the outside rubber shell and the problem went away. Currently, I only use the inner plastic Otterbox case and the screen protector on my phone and it works great, EXCEPT it's hard to reach the buttons on the side of my phone without the outside rubber case and button extenders. Has anyone had similar experiences? Is there a protective case that does not impede voice phone calls?

Since your silicone case has cutouts where all this speakers and microphone are, this shouldn't be causing any issues, however we'd suggest complete the following steps if you're having issues with the microphones on your iPhone: If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working - Apple Support
