IOS 15.5 Network problem

after i received the update I have big issue with my mobile network discount and come back every 15 minutes .

Can i have little help please .

iOS 13.1.3 update mobile network issues Today I updated my iPhone 7 to iOS 13.1.3 and about 1 hour later I got a popup that said that my mobile network settings couldn't be updated, and that I needed to update my iPhone. But I had just done that. I noticed right away I had lost cellular network. The status changed to "searching".. I thought it was a bug and backed up the device. I then tried to restore it. but that also failed and and now I get the message below I have already removed the SIM and tested in another phone. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggestions? Thanks!

You probably need to update your carrier settings.
