Heart rate of zero
My Apple Watch 7 (iOS is up to date) recently recorded a heart rate of zero while sitting (or or perhaps I was standing) standing quietly. Any ideas as to how or why that might have happened?

You were very, very, relaxed...
Or something prevented the sensor from making good contact and it gave an inaccurate reading.
If it only ever happens the once, you can write it off to a glitch caused by.... aliens, cosmic rays, phases of the moon, bad karma. I'd only worry about it if it keeps happening. And even then, I'd suspect the problem was with the watch, not your heart. But I wouldn't start troubleshooting much until then.
Well, I was doing a one minute breathing session. 🙂
Perhaps it was a bit up but I’ve never had it happen before. Just wondering if anyone else had it happen.
