Logitech Keys for Mac

The keyboard’s illumination blinks 3 times and my Mac cannot find the keyboard. My Mac is up-to-date and I have replaced the battery in the keyboard. I have not been able to connect with a Logitech “real” person.

iMac 27″, macOS 12.4

Please try restarting in Safe Mode and see if that helps:

Please restart the computer in Safe Mode per the directions in the  How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support link.

Note: If you are using a wireless keyboard please either plug it in using the supplied Lightning cable that shipped with it. If you are using a legacy keyboard or a third-party keyboard that does not have re-charging abilities, please use any USB keyboard. Also note that a Safe Mode restart may require you to hold down the shift key for up to 5 minutes before the computer starts in Safe Mode. You will know it is in Safe Mode when you see “Safe Mode” in the upper right of the display.

Next, please restart normally and please retest.

Did this start after a Mac operating system upgrade?

As I don't think anyone here works for Logitech, please supply the exact name and0r model of the keyboard and Logictech software if you don't want to use Logitech support. I found mention for "MX Keys Mini" on their support site. Is that what you have? Details get you faster, better answers here.

I found this Logitech community post about an update for the MX Keys Mini software (not macOS):
