Storage Space

I have 256 GB iPhone X having 145 GBs of Photos and Videos. I’ve also purchased 200 GB from iCloud and was storing my photos and videos overt there as backup with the option of “Download and Keep Originals” recently i had to switch to “optimise storage option” now the iPhone storage option in settings is showing 82 GB out of 256 GB used but still showing 120 GB of Photos there. And also showing wrong free space. Plus System Data is also on calculating mode and is not showing how much space it has taken. Can anyone help me clear out this mess??
