CleanMyMac - MAS annual charge, but asking for subscription payment in app

Hi. I was recently charged for an annual renewal of the CleanMyMac app. I'm happy with the app and the renewal. My question is why was I charged yet when I'm in the app, it is still asking to pay the full subscription to use the full uses?

The app is updated. I have not tried reinstalling it. What should I do?
