AirPods 3 volumen too loud when are connected to an iMac M1 or Apple TV

If I set the volumen in the lowest section the volumen is too loud, it hurts a lot. And if I try one step lower it goes to zero. This is very annoying, and makes impossible to use the AirPods with the iMac or Apple TV. With my iPhone 8 the volume behavior is normal.

In addition to this problem, the Airpods, when I use them with my iPhone, randomly disconnect themselves.

I've already tried restarting them and it didn't help.

They are still under warranty. Is there any way I can return them?

A. Visit Apple Support links:

B. Verify the Balance:

Go to: Settings
Tap: General
Tap: Accessibility
Scroll Down: to Hearing
Adjust: the audio volume balance

C. Also, Clear Out Earwax:

D. Using an App?:

Check and make sure that the balance on the app is not towards the right.
