AirPods Pro not connecting to Apple TV 4K

I have two AirPods Pros which are not connecting to Apple TV 4K anymore. It was working till 2 weeks back. One of the AirPods was bought in Dec 2022. One of the infinite apple patches seem to have messed up the connection. I need to remove the connected AirPods and it connects with AirPods - Find my AirPods name. If I pause the movie, I have to forget the AirPods and connect it back again. Any solution to fix this problem or is it Apple strategy to break working things so customers will go and buy same new things.

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! Since noticing this has your Apple TV been restarted? Also, have the AirPods Pro been reset?

To restart your Apple TV, press and hold both the Back button and the TV button on the Siri Remote until the Apple TV status light blinks rapidly.

To reset your AirPods Pro:

Put your AirPods in their charging case, and close the lid.
Wait 30 seconds.
Open the lid of your charging case.
With the lid open, press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds, until the status light flashes amber, then white.

I am doing restart and reset every-time I want to connect my AirPods Pro to the Apple TV. It works for sometime and disconnects when the movie is paused and I have to do the reset and restart again. Last couple of patches has messed things up. After the latest IPadOS update, all the AirPods connection list have been wiped out from the iPad. Another time, the iPhone is showing AirPods Pro is connected but continues to play Apple Music on the speaker. Don’t even want to talk about Apple Music as it is one crappy software.
