I have an iMac 2016 and a 2022 MacBook pro. Using migration assistant to bring across my data and applications I have paid for, I get to the screen "transfer info to this mac" as I had selected bring over from mac, Time Machine option. Unfortunately it just sits there with the "looking for other sources" spinning around. What do I do?

Tks Kaz-z apple support got things moving so currently transferring data - my iMac says 9 hours and my MacBook Pro 104 hrs!
cant use either computer in the meantime!
think I will scrap and explore their other option of using thunderbolt USB adapter which I apparently faster.
