Being charged $9.99 for a 6 month free trial of Apple Music. How do I get a refund? It doesn’t show in my account the charge but it is being deducted.

my account says I am signed up for a free 6 month trial of Apple Music. But it also says that free subscription shows $9.99 on the app and I am being charged 9.99 a month. However when you go to list of charges at Apple it shows no charges. So when I try and ask for a refund it doesn’t have the Apple charges to select.
