ipod touch is disabled for 26million someodd mins after not using it for a long while randomly I need support to reset to factory settings please!?!

what buttons can I press without using a comp to just factory reset it I now it's a bit old tech but still worth using when working out or at gym or playlists for a car etc. be nice if i could get it to work again

If your iPod Touch iOS 15.2 or later installed, see: How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support

If that option is not available, see the instructions in If you forgot your iPod touch passcode - Apple Support

You will need to use a computer. See the following from that same support article:

If you don't have a computer and you can't borrow one, you need to go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for help.
