The top right corner of my screen is cracked and I cannot access the menu with portrait orientation how can I turn it on?

I have cracked the top of my screen and I cannot use it. I need to turn on my cellular data but cannot because if it’s location, I was going to turn the screen and do it but my portrait orientation is fixed so it doesn’t turn. How can I find portrait orientation in order to turn the screen and turn on my cellular data
