My wife and I both have iphones. We have separate user IDs and separate icloud accounts. We do not use icloud family sharing. In the iphone setting for icloud, we both have reminders turned off. When I put up a new reminder, it appears on her phone as well as mine. Worse when the reminder goes off, it rings on her phone and not on mine! What is going on?

I did not notice, but when I signed back into icloud it had an option to update reminders and this did it!! The old version of reminders was bad!

New iCloud Sessions:
iCloud needs to resync. So, on each phone, sign out of iCloud, and then sign back in. Report back if that does the trick.

Contact Apple Support:
If you are using different Apple IDs, then this seems to be a Security issue. So, contact Apple Support, asking them why this is all syncing.
