Can I change the notification sound type on Homekit?
I have some cameras plus a doorbell camera. I want to set up a completely different notification sound for the Doorbell. As at 29 May '22 I have all the latest versions of software.
It appears that HomeKit notifications default to one sound and I can see nowhere to change this on the HomeKit app on the iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple TV.
As a HomeKit user as well, I've had the same question. The workarounds that I've found thus far: (Option 1) Set up a Siri notification, and then download Siri Shortcut app. (Option 2) You can use the "Accessibility" feature for Doorbell sounds.
Option 1: In the "Siri & Search" settings, click Announce Notification, then click the HomeKit app. In the Siri Shortcut app, create a Siri automation for HomeKit when Doorbell rings.
Option 2: In the "Accessibility" settings, click Sound Recognition. Turn on Sound Recognition, Select Door Bell. Note: This option uses a different alert sound than the normal system alert sound.

I am unfamiliar with Shortcuts, so haven't got the skills needed for this option.
Tried Option 2 but the Doorbell still uses the default. Will try again later incase it takes time for the change to propagate.
